All of our training sessions are co-ed and based on age and skill level. There is a maximum ratio of 1:10 instructor to student ratio per class.
(Ages 6-8) Instruction will be focused on simple exercises to improve general soccer techinque. We will include skills training in passing, receiving, shooting, juggling, and dribbling. Most sessions will culminate in short games. This is a half-day program.
(Ages 8-14) This training program is designed for the experienced soccer athlete that it is in need of polishing his or her soccer-specific skills. The activities will be geared towards strengthening the player’s individual areas of weakness and improving general physical fitness. Teaching of individual and team game tactics will be included. This is a half day program.
(Ages 10+) This training program will allow the the advanced soccer player to learn position-specific skills necessary for competitive play at soccer’s elite levels. The striker will develop techniques to become a top goal scorer. Defenders will learn how to read plays and anticipate the next move. Both man-to-man, zone, and combination defensive tactics will be taught.
All players will work on general physical fitness, speed and agility.
(Ages 10+) This is a specialized training program exclusively for goalkeepers. The program will have an emphasis on skills needed to safely and efficiently manage the position. Position-specific fitness training, game reading skills, and decision-making will be taught. Video analysis will be incorporated into the training sessions.
Private Lessons, Small Group and Team Training
(Ages 8+) This program is personally designed with the athletes’ personal soccer needs in mind. Contact Coach Fory to arrange for an evaluation of skills and training recommendations.
University Recruits and University Athletes
(Ages 14+) This program is tailored to the prospective student-athlete who has aspirations to play in college or beyond. Prepare for the rigors of tryouts and pre-season play. The program will focus on refining soccer skills, and the further developing physical fitness.
Fitness and Conditioning Camp
(Ages 12+) This a a course to improve general conditioning. Instruction is geared for those athletes who are already at advanced levels of physical conditioning but desire to improve their fitness for competitive play.
An introductory course in coaching the young athlete is available upon request.
